This route starts on a forest track next to the Restaurant “el Frenazo”. Walk up towards “Tello”, until you get to a sign for “Almendral”. Follow this path until you reach the end, when you should take the narrow path. You will come to the “Acequia de la Cecarta”. Follow the irrigation channel on the right, walking upstream. After a flat area, you will come to a path that crosses over the irrigation channel. Cross over and keep following the channel until you reach a water deposit and spring. Walk down for a while, then take the track on the right, which will take you to the “Huerta de las Monjas”. Keep walking, and you will get back down to the village in half an hour.
